"Fabulous hotel about 2.5 km from the centre of Bruges . Comfortable bed, clean room, good shower. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had a great stay. Very friendly staff in the restaurant who were attentive, helpful , friendly, cheerful and efficient. Gijs was our server on our first evening. He was lovely, very efficient at his job and made us feel welcomed. Bianca our server on our 2nd evening (didn’t notice it was only her second evening working there) was very good at her job. Bart the manager was very attentive, friendly and gave us extras. The meals we had both evenings were very good and the extras were a nice and unexpected touch. Excellent chef. Catered well for a vegetarian and a lactose free diet. The warm pear salad was the best salad I had eaten in a long time. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas. Highly recommend a stay there. Hope to return sometime. 10/10"
"Amazing service and welcoming staff! The bike theme of the hotel was wonderfully unique and a must for any cycling enthusiast. The restaurant was wonderful and presented a fantastic Carbonara! Overall, a brilliant stay - highly recommend."
"Excellent quiet hotel to stay at in Bruges. It’s a 10-12 minute drive from the historic downtown and the hotel offers Taxi vouchers for a flat rate of €12. The front desk staff are incredible. They gave us a map of the town, explained all the different ways to get there, and even circled the poor “tourist trap” restaurants and said to avoid them. The gym has some weight machines and a treadmill but it is only for walking, it doesn’t go fast enough to run. However there is a great running trail around the hotel of around 1KM. We ordered tapas menu from the restaurant and it was very good. We would definitely stay here again."
"Geert on reception was so refreshing, humorous and well informed. Clean, good layout of hotel. Nice rooms with comfortable bed. Tea & coffee in the rooms. Great restaurant with an excellent chef. Two great nights with set menu, presentation of food, quality and taste exceptional."
"Such a wonderful hotel. Clean, easy to find great breakfast. The staff is so nice and helpful. Been in a lot of hotels throughout my life and this gets 5 stars from me. The taxi to the centre of the town is 12 euro and its fast. Whenever you are in Bruges book this hotel. "
"Exceptionally helpful staff, cleanliness of the whole hotel, the breakfast was one of the best for choice I’ve experienced & all very fresh produce, the room & on suite were very clean with bathroom soaps & gels, the comfiest hotel bed we’ve slept in! "
"Great hotel, very well organized. I really like the design, the atmosphere and all the functionality the hotel has. The taxi option is great in rainy days, the code for parking is provided in advance so you don't have to roam around before check-in. When we are in Bruges, this will be our place :) "
"Just perfect from start to finish. Safe car parking, a quiet area but easily walkable into the city centre, a good breakfast and the reception was super helpful and friendly. It's so comfy and quiet at night."
